Car charging near the clinic

Do you think there is a need for an electric charger  in the hospital parking lot? If you do not take into account the hospital, people rarely come to the clinic for a long time. Usually their visit there takes about an hour, sometimes even less. Although, interestingly, all places with charging for electric vehicles at the local hospital are always occupied. Apparently there is a need for this.
